About the Author
"Leaders are made, not born. Capturing and making ideas happen, big or small, is one of the essential skills to master in order to become a great leader.” - Elizabeth Frisch
“Elizabeth Frisch is a business performance consultant to Fortune 100 – 1000 companies, government agencies, non-profits and the U.S. Military. She is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering. In 2002, after the birth of her first child, she was diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases, a failing thyroid, 140 pounds overweight, and desperately trying to help her son who was diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. Through that experience, Elizabeth realized she was going in the wrong direction with her career and life and that ‘you can’t engineer humans’. She quit her job, lost 100 pounds, put both diseases into remission, launched her first company, and cross-trained in psychology, health, organizational development and business transformation.

"Thank you for the gift of your book yesterday. (I'm the redhead who was wearing the purple glasses.) I am very grateful for information you provided. The refresher on some of the tools I have used and the new tools I learned from you have revitalized me. I will use them beginning immediately. Last night, I recommended your services to a friend who is a nurse informatics manager with a very large national health organization. I'm sending her all your contact info. I wish you well in all your endeavors."
